You must arrive within these posted times to pay for or redeem your festival tickets for wristbands


WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF THE FESTIVAL?

Jester Park Amphitheater, outside of Grimes, IA.
Follow the signs towards the amphitheater

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?

Main Event: Saturday at 11:00 AM


ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times (leash cannot exceed six feet). All pets are free to be apart of the Clusterfunk experience.
Please pick up after your pets.


AGE RESTRICTIONS

Cluster Funk festival area (where you will catch all of the activities, vendors, and shows) is ALL AGES.
For Beer or Wine: 21+
*Anybody wanting to consume alcohol within the festival area is required to provide an ID at the entrance*


DRINK POLICY

Alcohol and Non-Alcoholic drinks can be purchased from our vendors. No outside drink will be permitted in the festival area.


VENDING

Cluster Funk offers a wide assortment of food/drink, crafts, and other vendors throughout the area. No unauthorized vending is allowed, you must complete an application and be accepted beforehand in order to vend. Unauthorized food and craft merchandise may be confiscated.


HEALTH & SAFETY

In the case of an emergency, please contact the nearest staff member or security guard to help you.

Cluster Funk is outdoors. Please be prepared for all weather- including very hot, rainy, or cold weather.

Take note of locations for exits and info points for your reference.

Please cooperate with festival staff and security.

Stay Hydrated.

While there will be security on site, Cluster Funk cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Leave your valuables at home or secure them in your vehicle.


WHAT DO I DO WITH MY VALUABLES?

Leave them at home! Any valuables you bring to Cluster Funk should be locked in your car out of sight.


ARE THERE RESTROOMS IN THE FESTIVAL AREA?

There will be port-a-potties by the main entrance. Jester Park also has restrooms that are accessible to everyone near the festival area.


WRISTBAND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges.

Do not buy tickets from third-party ticketing sites. If you purchase a counterfeit ticket, you will be denied entry without refund.

You will exchange your ticket for the appropriate wristbands at the gate.

Wristbands must be worn for entry into the festival and at all times inside the festival. Wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist so that it cannot be slipped on and off.

Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable.

Do not remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

The festival takes place rain or shine. There are absolutely no exceptions to this wristband policy.


WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WRISTBANDS?

You will pick up your wristbands at the front entrance on June 20th, when we get your ticket scanned.

You should buy your tickets in advance to save money and hassle at entry.

I CAN’T ATTEND ANYMORE. WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable in any and all circumstances.


DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

Always bring your printed ticket just in case.


WHAT IF I CAN’T PRINT MY TICKET?

You can download the Eventbrite app and login using the email that you used to purchase the tickets. We can then scan your ticket from the app.

CAN I SELL MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

We don’t encourage or facilitate the resale of our tickets via third party. Please exercise caution when buying or selling tickets!


CAN I BUY A TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY?

We don’t encourage or facilitate the resale of our tickets. Please exercise caution when buying or selling tickets. Cluster Funk cannot guarantee the legitimacy of wristbands purchased from a third party.


VEHICLES/TRAVEL

CAN I BRING MY RV OR OTHER LARGE VEHICLE?

RVs or RV-style vehicles are permitted at Jester Park and paid separately through Polk County Conservation Corps.


CAN I BRING MY VEHICLE IN AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL PARKING?

Vehicles are only permitted on the roads and in parking lots. Vendors and artists will be parked in a designated lot. PLEASE try to keep leaving the grounds to a minimum. Upon re-entry to the festival, Bags, IDs, and Wristbands will be checked again.


WHERE CAN I PARK?

We have a designated parking lot with limited spaces. It is First Come, First Serve. Carpooling is recommended. Follow the Signs.


IF I’M COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN, WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR LODGING?

There are hotels in Grimes, about 5 minutes, South of Jester Park. We recommend that you book them ASAP in order to secure your room!


WHERE IS THE NEAREST GAS STATION?

Casey’s General Store is located in Granger, about 5 minutes from the event.


ALLOWED ITEMS AT CLUSTER FUNK

  • Point and shoot digital cameras (no extended lenses)

  • Chairs (only in designated areas)
  • Go-pros

  • Cell phones & chargers

  • Flow toys (no fire props)

  • Blankets/beach towels

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Bug spray

  • Flags and banners (totems are allowed, please no dangerous metal pieces)

  • Feminine products (sealed)

  • Prescription medication (must have the prescription/label in your name with you)

  • Sunblock

  • Parasols/Umbrellas

  • Small non-frame backpacks

PROHIBITED ITEMS AT CLUSTER FUNK

Each person and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and with each re-entry into the festival venue. Please view the list below to see what you cannot bring into Jester Park or Cluster Funk. These items will be confiscated if found and may not be returned.

  • No Hate
  • No fireworks, flying prayer lanterns, or explosives
  • No campfires, open flames, candles, fire props, tiki torches,
  • No gas/fuel cans of any kind
  • No drones
  • No glass
  • No laser pointers
  • No illegal substances or paraphernalia
  • No weapons of any kind regardless of any permits
  • No unauthorized merchandise or vending/solicitation
  • No tanks (helium, nitrous, co2, etc)
  • No sound systems and/or amplifiers
  • No professional/non-personal use radios or walkie-talkies
  • No motorcycles, ATVs, or golf carts
  • No OUTSIDE alcohol or drinks
  • No glass bottles
  • No marker pens or spray paint
