Vendor Permit Application & Information

Vendors must have a valid sales permit and tax identification number.

All vendors must be pre-approved. Filling out this vendor application DOES NOT confirm your attendance at this years Cluster Funk. All vendor information and applications can be downloaded on this page. Our organizers will be in contact with you upon submission of your permit.
