Rules

We know that Funk typically has no rules…

*For the security and safety of all attendants, bags and IDs will be checked as you enter festival grounds*

1. Be Kind!
   • We value respect and kindness in our everyday lives and Cluster Funk is no different.
2. Obey Park Rules!
   • We are using public property to host a community event for local artists, so we must respect our surroundings.
3. No Littering!
   • Make sure to pick up after yourself and use Designated Trash Cans.
4. No Unauthorized Vending
   • All vendors must be pre-approved.
5. Wear Your Wristbands at All Times!
   • We are serving delicious alcoholic beverages and anyone breaking the rules will be asked to leave.
   • If you are found without a wristband, you will be asked to purchase one or leave the venue. Another ID check will be required as well.
6. Keep Drinking to Designated Areas!
   • We must ensure that everyone who is drinking is doing so within the designated Cluster Funk area and not outside on park grounds.
7. Carpool, Uber or Lyft!
   • We have limited parking of about 100 spaces right down the road from the festival. The parking lot next to the amphitheater is reserved for artists and vendors.
8. No Weapons Allowed!
   • Our security is here to make sure this all-ages event can be enjoyed by everyone without worry.
9. No Smoking, Underage Drinking or Drugs of any kind!
   • Polk County Conservation is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in and around all facilities including open shelters.
   • Anybody caught smoking, underage drinking, or using drugs will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.
10. Be part of the experience!
    • We encourage practicing mindfulness and having fun. Take it all in!
11. Have a great time!
    • We are here to have fun and socialize, so kick back and enjoy the show!
